I'm sure this is all old news for most of you, but I need to let the world know I'm in love!
If you have a cyclocross bike, then you'll surely now how I might feel. You see, for the longest time I've ridden many mixed-terrain miles on my cyclocross bike outfitted with only but the finest of out-dated off road braking technology. To which I refer, cantilever brakes. I believed what everybody told me, as I am predisposed to do, and thought you couldn't do any better, unless of course you grew a pair... of disc brake tabs that is.
Then my world was flipped upside down when I caught wind that Paul Components was to release their version of the mini v-brake. I had all but written off the idea that I was ever going to be able to stop my bike, not just quickly, but without the dreaded shudder that is all too common with 'cross forks until I heard this news. Now don't get me wrong, I know many manufacturers have been making mini-v's for a while, but like I said, I'm a little slow sometimes.
Well, to make a long story short... I know, it's already too late, but I just got my mini-moto's for my bike and I just need to let the world know, I'm in love! Thanks for listening... now come and get 'em!
Now I just need to get rid of that cable hanger.
